PrimeBuild Consulting Engineering W.L.L. provides engineering consultancy, project management and commercial support for infrastructure and building projects. Established in Qatar on 3 March 2022, our Qatar company forms part of PrimeBuild’s activities across Qatar, the United Kingdom, Kenya and Sri Lanka.

We help clients turn project objectives into coordinated delivery plans, clear technical requirements and controlled commercial processes. Our work spans early planning and procurement, engineering coordination, construction supervision, programme monitoring, cost management and contract administration.

Infrastructure-focused expertise

Our company profile records project management and qualified professional support on road improvement assignments in Qatar and infrastructure development at Konza Technopolis in Kenya. These assignments cover roadworks, underground utilities and pavement works, with water treatment infrastructure also included at Konza.

We bring that project perspective to roads and highways, utilities and drainage, smart city developments, buildings and social infrastructure. Each engagement defines our role, deliverables, reporting arrangements and interfaces with the client, contractor and other consultants.

Quality, safety and sustainability

Our approach places quality reviews, safe working practices and responsible use of resources within project decision-making. We consider maintainability, buildability and lifecycle needs when reviewing options. Applicable standards and project requirements are identified for each assignment.

Technical tools

Depending on the scope, project support can include Primavera P6 and MS Project programmes, earned value reporting, quantity and cost records, drawing coordination and controlled document registers.
