Our Services

Our services cover six core areas: Project Management; Planning & Project Controls; Contracts, Claims & Procurement; Quantity Surveying & Cost Management; Engineering Design & Supervision; and Technical Staff Secondment.

We support roads and highways, utilities and drainage, smart cities, buildings and social infrastructure. Appointments are tailored to your project location, priorities and agreed deliverables.

Tendering & Procurement Support

Prepare a clear tender package and compare bids on a consistent basis. We support procurement strategies, package scopes, tender document reviews, bid preparation, clarification schedules and technical-commercial evaluation matrices. Our work helps identify exclusions, qualifications, scope gaps and commercial risks before award. Share the project brief, drawings, specifications, procurement timetable and applicable tender requirements. The agreed scope can cover a single bid review or a wider tender preparation and evaluation assignment.

Design & Drafting Support

Develop coordinated drawings and technical information for buildings and infrastructure. Support can include design coordination, drafting, drawing reviews, interdisciplinary interface checks and revisions linked to project comments. We agree the disciplines, design inputs, drawing register, deliverable formats and review stages before starting. Clients should provide available surveys, existing drawings, design criteria and approval requirements. Statutory submission and approval responsibilities are defined in the appointment and matched to the required authorised professionals.

Construction Supervision

Monitor construction against the agreed drawings, specifications and project procedures. The scope can include site inspections, quality observations, progress monitoring, contractor coordination, snag lists and handover inspections. We maintain clear records of observations, actions and outstanding items so the project team can respond promptly. Share the construction scope, programme, inspection requirements and reporting expectations. Site attendance, inspection authority and responsibility for approvals are set out in the appointment.

Contract Administration

Maintain reliable contract records and keep changes visible. We support notices, correspondence, payment assessments, variation registers, meeting records and tracking of contractual dates. Our work links commercial issues to supporting documents and helps project teams identify decisions requiring attention. An initial review usually requires the signed contract, amendments, payment records, programme, correspondence and change history. Roles and delegated authority are agreed so that recommendations, approvals and formal contract decisions follow the correct route.

Quantity Surveying & Cost Management

Build a clear cost picture from early estimates through final account. Our support includes cost plans, quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, tender comparisons, progress valuations, variation assessments, cash-flow forecasts and cost-to-complete reports. We identify the assumptions behind each estimate and maintain records of changes against the agreed budget. For an initial review, provide available drawings, specifications, measurement requirements, procurement strategy and budget information. Deliverables and the basis of measurement are defined to suit the project and appointment.

Commercial & Contract Advisory

Review project commitments before they become costly issues. We support contract risk reviews, obligation registers, commercial reporting, payment reviews and project cash-flow assessments. Outputs can include a prioritised risk schedule, clarification points and practical recommendations for the project team. Share the proposed or signed agreement, scope, key correspondence and commercial concerns. Our role is technical and commercial support; legal opinions and regulated financial advice require an appropriately appointed specialist.

Claims & Dispute Support

Present contractual issues through clear evidence and structured analysis. We support entitlement reviews, notice preparation, claim narratives, delay analysis, chronology development and checks of supporting records. Typical inputs include the contract, baseline and updated programmes, site records, instructions, payment information and correspondence. The agreed output may be an initial assessment, a detailed claim submission or technical support to your appointed advisers. Any expert appointment, representation or dispute procedure is defined separately.

Value Engineering & Value Management

Compare options against function, capital cost, buildability, maintenance and lifecycle needs. We support option studies and facilitated reviews, record assumptions and document recommendations for client decisions. The aim is to improve value while protecting required performance and quality. Share the design stage, key constraints, current estimate and functions that must be maintained. Recommendations are reviewed with the relevant designers and stakeholders before any change is approved or implemented.

Project Management & Delivery Support

Bring scope, programme, cost and stakeholder decisions into one coordinated delivery process. We support project execution plans, responsibility matrices, risk and action registers, progress meetings, change tracking and handover planning. Reports highlight current status, emerging constraints, decisions required and accountable owners. Support can cover a defined project stage or continue from early planning through close-out. Share your project brief, current stage, key dates, team structure and existing reports so we can propose a practical scope and reporting arrangement.

Planning, Scheduling & Project Controls

Establish a realistic delivery programme and understand where action is needed. We prepare work breakdown structures, logic-linked baseline schedules, critical path reviews, resource and cost loading, periodic updates and recovery programmes using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Progress support can include planned-versus-actual analysis, earned value measures, look-ahead schedules and management dashboards. To begin, share the contract milestones, scope, quantities, available programme and latest progress records. Reporting frequency and programme acceptance responsibilities are agreed at appointment.

Technical Staff Secondment

Strengthen your delivery team with engineers, planners, quantity surveyors, contract professionals and supporting project staff. Short-term and longer-term assignments can address mobilisation, peak workloads or a defined specialist requirement. Send the role description, location, start date, expected duration, software needs and mandatory qualifications or project approvals. We review fit and availability before proposing personnel. Reporting lines, working arrangements, deliverables and approval requirements are agreed before mobilisation.
